1 General Terms & Conditions

Vss555 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving primarily users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vss555.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on vss555. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Maximum Deposit: Up to BDT 500,000 (five hundred thousand) per day.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Before making a withdrawal, you must complete at least one round of betting equal to the deposit amount.

Vss555 strictly adheres to an anti-money laundering policy. If any suspicious transaction is detected, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended immediately.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Each bonus and promotional offer on vss555 carries its own specific terms. Please make sure you understand those terms before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Get up to a 100% bonus on your first deposit, capped at BDT 10,000. A minimum 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: A minimum deposit of BDT 2,000 is required to qualify for the weekly reload bonus.
• Cashback Offer: Cashback can be withdrawn directly, but must be spent on designated games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Vss555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on vss555 operate in accordance with international RNG (Random Number Generator) standards. Every outcome is entirely unbiased and not predetermined.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, vss555 reserves the right to void the bets placed in that round.
• If your internet connection drops, your bet result will be saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
• Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Failing to follow game rules or attempting to cheat the system are offenses that may result in account termination.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on vss555 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Multiple Accounts: Running multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing opposing bets under the guise of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or any other software to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the gaming platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Third-Party Accounts: Operating an account under another person's identity or transferring funds on their behalf.
• Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Vss555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete personal information.
• Failure to provide documents required for KYC verification.
• Leaving your account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

In the event of account closure, any legitimate funds remaining in your balance will be returned; however, bonus-related funds may be forfeited.
